A note from Kathmandu

Christchurch is the home of global outdoor brand Kathmandu.

As a city and community, Christchurch is in a place of constant change and innovation as we all work together to rebuild our city.

As an outdoor brand, Kathmandu has been adapting and innovating to design the best outdoor and travel gear for 30 years now. Kathmandu makes gear that gets people outside and around the world.  They know that travel and adventure connect people with the environment and their communities. This in turn inspires social and environmental responsibility and contributes to wellbeing for individuals and communities.

Kathmandu has come on board with the NZ Student Social Enterprise Challenge to further inspire innovation for social change.  They are excited about the wellbeing focus of the challenge and look forward to the ground breaking ideas they know students will come up with.
